Let's call a spade...a spade. Boat shoes and street culture kicks are making a comeback and it's not being brought on by skaters and yacht aficionados. Rather, niche brands that coin themselves 'athleisure' (athletic inspired leisure shoes) are on the come up.
Pointer Footwear has been on the frontier and luckily their kicks aren't made for function. Founded in 2004, Pointer is about making quality, functional, casual shoes and their selling points don't involve the words - limited, exclusive or hype.
