THANK YOU. the cave in on FISA was pathetic and indicative of the problems of the democratic party for the last 60 years or so -- complete spinelessness and lack of fortitude being the two main ones. as if the hypocratic turnaround of the democrats for "reasons to look strong on national security" wasn't bad enough, only sen. russ feingold had the fortitude to call the FISA bill for what it was -- typical Bush cronyism.

wouldn't you believe, on sunday bush will officialy have SIX MORE MONTHS to fuck this country up! (i say officially b/c another terrorist attack followed by Bush/Cheney suspending the constitution and revoking all civil liberties within the next 6 months probably has 100 to 1 odds in vegas.) january 20th, 2009 should be a national holiday.
